Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

How the Flux V3 will turbo charge your riding speed
1. Accessible performance leads to high performance
The Flux V3 breaks every assumption about what a traditional Dacron airframe can do. It bridges the gap to our top-tier race wing, the Fusion V3, while retaining the toss-it-in-the-car toughness you need for daily sessions.
2. Re-engineered airfoil = more drive & zero front-stalling
We refined the centre profile to deliver consistent, reassuring front-hand pressure. This keeps the wing driving forward at high speeds and eliminates ‘front stalling’ during critical tacks and gybes.
3. Thinner profile, broader wind range
With stability locked in, we dramatically thinned the wing’s profile—especially towards the tips.

1. Highly responsive carbon boom system
The most significant evolution is the move to a rigid, high-grade carbon boom.
- Zero-movement connection: A rock-solid, stitched-in base plate replaces the slot handle system, eliminating span-wise and chord-wise movement for instant feedback. When you move the boom, the wing reacts instantly.
- Ergonomic grip: A new textured EVA grip provides maximum traction.
- Integrated protection: A moulded EVA bumper is built into the boom to protect your board as well as allowing for a natural and safe “pistol grip” position.
- Streamlined strut: The boom’s structural integrity allowed us to strip away extra handle reinforcements, resulting in a lighter, more aerodynamic strut.
- Consistent connection: On the longer boom lengths we use a higher grade carbon, guaranteeing you enjoy the same stiff, high performance control, whether you’re riding the 3m or the biggest 5.7 metre wing.
