E-foil runtime: 85kg rider, 800cm² wing, 5'0 40L board, flat water, around 70% throttle. Surf runtime: same rider and gear in 3ft swell with under 5kts of wind. Intermediate riders lean on the motor more and restart more often. Advanced riders use less motor and link waves by pumping.
