The Reach Ultra takes North's most versatile kite further with N-u80, the brand's most advanced airframe material. Around 50% lighter than N-Dure 2, with five times the tensile strength of polyester at the same weight, N-u80 holds its shape under load while twisting progressively through turns.

The result is a slimmer, lighter airframe and a higher aspect ratio, which means faster flight, sharper steering and more direct feedback on the water. With stronger low-end, increased depower and reliable relaunch, the Reach Ultra covers an enormous wind range and moves easily between freeride, boosting, waves and foil.

What Makes It Ultra?

• N-u80 Composite Airframe: Ultra-strong, light 100% Ultra PE with PET lining. Directional stiffness plus torsional flexibility gives earlier response and lighter steering input.
• Dynamic Torsion: Cross-ply Technora reinforcement and PET lining sit on the inner side only, so the tube twists progressively through a turn for exceptionally fast turning, while improving UV, tear, fold and abrasion resistance.
• Low Drag Thinner Leading Edge: Fast flying with more direct turning, vertical lift and improved low-end. Loop speed also increases, so the kite flies forward and catches you quicker.
