Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

With Polyfusion®, the Halo Pro 2 introduces a true world first to wing sports. For the first time, the Exo LT panels made from ALUULA™ 98 on the leading edge and center strut are structurally welded together under high temperature. Not stitched. Not conventionally glued.
The result is an exceptionally homogeneous airframe structure that transfers forces more directly throughout the wing. This delivers immediate feedback, outstanding profile stability, and maximum efficiency.
At the same time, Polyfusion® reduces the need for additional structural reinforcements. This saves weight and forms the foundation for the Halo Pro 2's full three-strut design.

The foundation of Polyfusion® is Exo LT made from ALUULA™ 98, a high-performance composite that combines exceptional stiffness with low weight.
Different stiffness levels are strategically used according to specific load requirements. In the center section, an ultra-stiff high-performance composite maximizes pumping efficiency and top-end performance. In the outer sections, a more flexible variant improves load distribution and enhances handling.

Every material used in the Halo Pro 2 serves a clearly defined purpose. The new CoreTex Power Matrix canopy delivers precise profile definition and long-term shape stability while maintaining a low overall weight.
The outer struts utilize ExoTex Light. This lighter material reduces overall weight while improves gust absorption and handling through its carefully tuned flex characteristics. The construction is completed by newly designed X-Ply windows, combining enhanced durability with clear, distortion-free visibility.
The result is a perfectly balanced material mix that makes the Halo Pro 2 light, precise, and highly controllable.

As the first wing ever, the Halo Pro 2 features a three-strut configuration throughout the entire size range. This construction principle enables an exceptionally well-defined profile that remains cleanly supported all the way to the tips. The result is increased tension along the trailing edge, significantly reducing flutter and creating a smoother, more stable flight characteristic.
The optimized profile structure not only enhances lift and speed but also noticeably improves upwind performance. At the same time, the wing delivers an ultra-direct riding feel with precise feedback in every situation. In waves, the Halo Pro 2 stands out with exceptional drift capabilities, floating effortlessly while remaining stable overhead during directional changes without requiring active correction.
NEW: Optimized Front Handle

To maximize control when riding flagged out, the front handle has been specifically designed with increased stiffness. This improvement enhances positional feedback from the wing and enables finer adjustments, especially while wave riding. The result is more precise and intuitive handling.
Bionic Boom:
Precision Meets Comfort
The Bionic Boom redefines the handle system. Manufactured from a single, seamless carbon piece, it combines the precision of a traditional boom with the comfort and flexibility of modern handles. Its ergonomic curved shape promotes a natural arm position and significantly reduces strain on the wrists.
The power delivery point can be controlled with precision, making one-handed riding exceptionally comfortable. At the same time, the wide connection area at the center strut increases stiffness, providing even more direct control.
NEW: HYPERFLOW SYSTEM & DUAL SPEED VALVES
Inflate Faster. Fine-Tune with Precision.
The HyperFlow System optimizes airflow throughout the wing. Connection hoses and valves are 33% larger, doubling the airflow between the leading edge and struts for significantly faster inflation and deflation. New clips further simplify handling and improve serviceability.
The Dual Speed Valves complement the system by optimizing airflow when inflating and deflating the leading edge and center strut. Both air chambers can be connected directly to the pump's bayonet fitting and adjusted independently to the desired pressure. This allows the wing's characteristics to be precisely tuned to riding style and conditions.
NEW: Ultralight Batten Design.
Less Weight. More Efficiency.
New ultralight battens are positioned along the trailing edge of the wing. Instead of traditional Velcro pockets, precision-molded injection components are used, reducing weight while making replacement easier. The result is a stabilized trailing edge with minimal material usage.
