By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
*Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

The Slingshot Super Natural V2 2023 is a hybrid twintip, which means that the kiteboard is not only for big air, but also for the waves. The kiteboard has a front and a back, but can be ridden in two directions. Thanks to its shape, this is perhaps one of the most comfortable kiteboards for chop, waves or flat water. With a lot of grip you can carve effortlessly and optimally push off to boost with power. The Super Natural V2 makes jumping board-off tricks easier and above all more fun than with any twin tip. Kiting in the surf and with high waves becomes a real ocean skate park experience with the Super Natural V2!
The unique thing about the Slingshot Super Natural V2 2023 is that it has a front and a back. The back can be recognized by the 2 notches and the 2 extra fins. With this setup, the kiteboard will feel like a directional and have optimal grip when you kick the kiteboard on its back. This setup is ideal for playing in the waves. You can also choose to ride with 2, 4 and even 0 fins. The Super Natural V2 also has a very unique rocker. The front or also called nose, of this kiteboard has more rocker to achieve the surfboard feeling. The core of the Super Natural V2 is made of Pauwlownia wood. This type of wood ensures that the kiteboard is playful, that springy character that Slingshot's kiteboards are known for. In addition, it provides extra comfort. The wood used in the Super Natural V2 is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved, meaning that the wood comes from fully responsibly managed forests.
The Super Natural V2 has great upwind performance and a lot of grip thanks to the single concave in the middle. The NACA Tech Channels guide the water from the center of the board to the back, speeding up the water and giving you more speed and traction underfoot. In addition, the Concave Hull ensures that the kiteboard remains predictable and comes upwind easily. The light, flexible and durable Carbon Bedrock Inserts for straps are made of carbon and ensure that the kiteboard retains its flex.
