Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

Click In Loop
Push away quick release with an intuitive one step Click In reload function. The release handle fits comfortably in the hand, and activating it is as simple as pushing the handle away. A self positioning mechanism locates automatically, ready to be reloaded by simply clicking the loop back in. The Click In Loop is AFNOR NF S52 503 certified.
Bio Based Dyneema® Modular Flying Lines
Colour coded 500kg front and 300kg back lines are precision cut, pre stretched, spliced and sewn in house for guaranteed accuracy. Ozone uses Bio Based Dyneema®, which matches the performance of conventional Dyneema® with a carbon footprint 90% lower than generic HMPE fiber.
Modular Design
Removable pigtail end connectors make adding or removing extensions quick and easy.
Ergonomic EVA Grip
3D pressed EVA with an ergonomic shape and lightly sanded finish for the ultimate bar grip, colour coded with the leader and flying lines for added visual safety.
What's new in the QR V2
The V2 keeps everything riders already trust about the Click In Loop, including the seatbelt style click in reload and reliable quick release, and adds three key upgrades:
Smoother untwisting: a new ceramic ball bearing delivers noticeably smoother front line untwisting and improved overall performance (untwisting is still done manually, same as the standard V5).
Cleaner leash integration: the leash attachment point is now more cleanly built into the bar, making it easier to clip in while keeping full safety when the quick release is activated.
Same proven safety: all the reliability and certification of the original Click In Loop, carried over with zero compromise.
