By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
*Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

A streamlined, lightweight harness for riders looking for high levels of comfort and support. Now locking into position more securely, versatility is maintained with a new sliding hook and two leash/QR connection points.
The Connect Wing harness The Connect Wing Harness V2 is a leap forweard in comfort and ridability. It makes riding longer distances a real pleasure, giving you time to relax your arms and maximise your session. The slim, lightweight design offers ultimate freedom of movement when unhooked with support to hook in, lean back and cruise when you want.
With a new sliding wing hook, the Connect Wing v2 is more versitile than ever. The hook can easily be sild to either side to get it out of the way or the hook can be tucked behind the webbing to hold it flat.
Wing Leash Lines can be connected directly to the harness using one of the multiple leash attachment points or with our optional Quick Release, in this case the Wrist Strap or Waist Strap is not required. We highly recommend using the Quick Release if connecting the Leash Line directly to the harness.
