Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

The patent pending AXIS Pocket Trench range brings the magic of the AXIS Pocket Trench to foil assist riders of all sizes and ability levels. Rather than simply carving out the base of the board with a bulky trench that disturbs water flow, AXIS developed a recessed pocket that allows your Foil Drive to neatly slide inside, resulting in greatly reduced drag on take offs and effortlessly smooth touch downs when on motor.
This streamlined approach also led to the development of the bespoke AXIS tracks and sliders. Not only the fastest and easiest battery swaps available on a trench board, but also custom designed tracks engineered for the exacting demands of modern foiling, rather than cast offs from the surfboard world better suited to holding a fin in a longboard. Simply drop, slide and lock into your preferred setup. Thanks to the fibreglass reinforcements in the track zone and front deck, the Pocket Trench ensures uninterrupted signal strength from your controller, eliminating the common signal connection frustrations of other full carbon boards.
Sizes
- The 40L measures 4'11" x 18.9" and is the most compact board in the range. Super clean, lightweight and designed for riders who want a seamless Foil Drive experience without sacrificing speed or responsiveness.
- The new 50L measures 160 x 49.2 cm (5'2" x 19.3") and is an ideal board for light weight beginners under 70 kg, intermediate foilers under 90 kg and advanced level heavy weights over 90 kg.
- The 60L measures 170 x 51.2 cm (5'6" x 20.2") and is targeted towards beginners under 90 kg and intermediate heavy weight riders over 90 kg.
All sizes of Pocket Trench are compatible with all models of Foil Drive (Slim, Max and Fusion), however they are not compatible with the softer bottom protection plates that were supplied on Max models with serial numbers between AM-0001 and AM-2300. If you have one of these units, contact Foil Drive to ask for the newer stronger board protection plate.
ONLY the AXIS supplied sliders should be used in the Pocket Trench range.
X-Ply board bag and Ti track sliders are included in this price.
