By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.

Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

On the day of the introduction, the WOO height record has been broken not once, but twice! First by Maarten Haeger (35.7 meters), and then by Joshua Emanuel with an incredible height of 36.2 meters in Denmark. The Core XR Pro seems to push us in to a new era of big air records. The Core XR Pro was created by giving the Core XR8 a big upgrade with a super light and super stiff Aluula frame. A slow Core XR is a thing of the past with this Aluula frame of the Core XR PRO. Ideal for the more radical kite surfer who likes height and ultimate performance. Because all five struts and the entire leading edge of the Core XR Pro 2024 now consist of the light ALUULA material, Core has been able to keep the weight of the XR Pro very low.
In addition to weight savings, the use of ALUULA material has another huge advantage. Due to the stiff material, the leading edge can be made thinner, while the stiffness even increases. A thinner leading edge has less resistance when flying through the air and therefore steers faster, goes easier upwind and jumps even higher than the standard XR8. The big air performance of the Core XR Pro is truly incredible!
The Core XR Pro uses the Core Intelligent Trim System that allows you to adjust the loop radius of the XR Pro to your preferences. The XR Pro has three different settings: Tight Loop (for the novice kitelooper or double loops), All-Round (for intermediate level) and Wide Loop (for the real megaloop performance). This Core XR Pro is therefore ideal for learning all kiteloops from start to finish!
Like the standard Core XR8, the Pro uses a five strut profile. This gives the Core XR Pro tremendous stability in even the roughest storms. In combination with CoreTex2® Trippel Ripstop canopy and the unique Intelligent Core Arc bridle system, the Core XR Pro is one of the most stable kites on the market!
