Shipping
Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

Surf inspired, for cranking turns and riding waves with a wing. North have completely re-engineered the 2026 Swell Pro with a higher aspect ratio to accelerate cleanly and lift onto foil faster. The longer, narrower outline also means less chance of your rail touching the water when carving hard or riding heeled over, enabling better wave connection and deeper, sharper turns.
Its tri-plane hull provides forgiving touchdowns, the bottom contours helping the board lift and release quickly without sticking. A new Carbon / Full PVC Wrap Pro Technology delivers lightweight strength and impact resistance, while its low volume and lighter weight help with jumping, freestyle and aerial tricks.

Floater: for wingfoil kneeling or standing starts and lightwind use, select a board similar to your rider kg.
Sinker: for more advanced wingfoilers, select a board 25 to 30L under your bodyweight in kg for stability. Avoid the 10 to 20L under zone.

A strong, light and efficient 100% carbon outer shell sits over a thin layer of high density closed cell PVC foam, which wraps the entire board for maximum strength and impact resistance.
EXCELLENT WAVE FIT
A narrower nose and tail help the board feel small and agile and reduce the touchpoints of the outline.
INTUITIVE CONCAVED DECK
A slightly concaved standing area positions your feet level with the foil for more efficient pumping. It also gives you greater leverage, responsiveness, and heel/toe roll control.
MAX TRACTION DECK PAD
Non abrasive EVA deck grip with tactile and visual stance reference for a more intuitive and direct connection to your foil and fast, easy foot placement.
CUSTOMISABLE STRAP POSITIONING
Offers multiple positioning options for each strap to personalise your stance. Centreline, V-Strap and offline strap insert options for goofy or natural riding. Straps sold separately.
TRI-PLANE HULL
For earlier lift and faster release, the water tracks from the central concave and angled planing rails to the double V spine. Rails are angled to the tail for touchdowns on variable angles.
AUTO STANCE BALANCE POINT
Minimal stance adjustment when transitioning between displacement and foil modes. Rider and foil system weight is balanced by volume distribution and track positioning.
REFINED BEVELLED RAILS
Reduce drag and enable greater rider comfort while minimising water contact during touchdowns. This enables easier release and smoother turns.
DROPBOX FAST FOIL MOUNTING
Drop your mast (or Foil Drive) pre assembled with screws and t-nuts into the track, slide and fasten. Precision tune the foil set up for your weight using the positioning guide next to the track.
