Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

This mast features a very slim profile with a tapered chord and thickness. It is slightly
wider and thicker at the top and narrows down near the fuselage. This design, with
just 12 mm at its thinnest point, maximizes glide and speed across all disciplines,
helps you go faster during downwind runs, get more pop to boost higher in tricks, and
reach new top speeds while wing foiling or kite foiling.
The UHM Carbon layup, custom-tailored for this mast, makes it 25% stiffer in bending
than the HM Carbon 14 mast, providing outstanding rigidity and precise control
in both bending and torsion for excellent maneuverability, a direct feel, and superior
performance.
Molded and cured in a single shot from carbon pre-preg, the one-piece construction integrates our optimized SPINE internal structure for enhanced rigidity, efficiency, and control, especially through turns. This advanced build delivers the next level of stiffness, precision, and performance.
This mast features our new top plate and the updated TITAN 2 mast foot at the bottom. The redesigned top plate is now compatible with our lockable T-nuts and includes our keyhole-shaped “Quick-Attach System” for faster assembly. This mast can
be connected to virtually all boards on the market featuring the Twin-Tracks system and is compatible with all front wings using the TITAN 2 connection.
Available in 80, 85 and 95 cm, this new UHM Carbon Mast 12 offers the performance
