By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
*Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

New highest quality pre-preg carbon mast for a stiffer, more direct feel and more immediate feedback. Tapered for optimal load transfer and lower surface friction. Refined one-piece design for a strong, durable and corrosion-free choice across all disciplines. The CF72 mast is ideal for shallower waters, and prone surf foiling. choice across all disciplines. The longer CF85 mast increases overall ride performance in choppy conditions.
GEOLOCK LOAD BEARING CONNECTION
Engineered to last, our unique GeoLock tapered geometry locking system provides a more effective load-bearing connection between the Mast and Fuselage, locking them together, so they feel like one piece. Screws engage the GeoLock while the load transfer now takes place over the full cross-section of the mast profile, allowing for a more efficient load distribution and longer-lasting connection. Patent-pending.
EASY RECOVERY FROM SURFACE BREACHING
In perfect harmony with any Front Wing, our dihedral-shaped carbon pre-preg rear Stabilizer provides control and riding comfort, allowing fast pivoting turns and easy surface breach-recovery. The Stabilizer's positioning on top of the Fuselage allows for a clean, undisturbed approaching flow. Surface piercing of the Stabilizer is not a problem, as the Front Wing sits deeper in the water and is still fully submerged, giving you that extra time to react and adjust your ride height.

New high-strength 600m pre-preg carbon fuselage weighs ~50% less than the A600, with equal strength and stiffness. Strong, durable and corrosion resistant. The shorter length C600 Fuselage improves pumpability and has a sporty feel with earlier take-offs. Features GeoLock. Fits all Carbon and Aluminium Sonar Masts.
