By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) terms & conditions:

• All prices advertised are in AUD

• Kitepower shall not be liable for any consequential damages or injury that may result from the use (or misuse) of the information, media or products on this site. If you are not competent in the use of the product you ordered - please obtain professional instruction - please contact us and we will help you. In the case of 'traction kiting' gear this step is essential - you can visit our lessons product page for more information.

• You agree that we may hold your details for the purpose of completing your order, or contacting you regarding your dealings with us. Please also see our Privacy Statement.

• Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more info. For peace of mind, products purchased from kitepower.com.au can be returned (at the buyers expense) for a store credit to be used against a future purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition, and within 14 days of receipt.
  Special orders or items on sale can be returned but may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

• Unauthorised or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the Kitepower site is prohibited. If you wish to link to somewhere in our site other than our homepage, then please ask our permission first.

• In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order... you could understand if we accidentially listed a $500 kite for $50 right?
  
  
• All gift vouchers/cards expire 36months from purchase date.

• Free shipping option* is available for all orders over $200.00, delivered within Australia only. (*Free Shipping does not apply to second hand equipment, consignment stock or large bulky items like Foil wing/sup boards)

         Shipping bulky items and/or to remote locations: 

• If you purchase a bulky item* and/or are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
  In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
  Eg.
  - For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
  - For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
  *defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.

• If you change your mind and return an item which was shipped for free we will deduct a shipping fee from the exchange for that item.

Information on the site is subject to change without notice. If we decide to change our terms and conditions, we will post those changes on this page.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then your sole remedy is to discontinue the use of this website.
